Affiliated Hospitalists was founded in 1999 at John C. Lincoln Medical Center (JCL) by three well-established pulmonologists. Since its inception Affiliated Hospitalist has strived to create a collaborative envinroment which aligns the goals of its practictioners and the communities it serves.
Our office is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. 
We are contracted with HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center, Thompson Peak Medical Center, and Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center
